Step by Step Instructions on how to create my Partners 'New Elizabethan' Hair Design

  1. Start by crimping the entire head.
  2. Backcomb the whole top section of the head making sure to leave out a section going around the whole perimeter of the head.
  3. Create a parting in the middle of the crown.
  4. Section down from this point and with a small section near the nape of the neck begin a normal plait.
  5. Once you have plaited a couple of times begin to french braid taking a long section from the top and a small section from near the neck.
  6. Continue to do this process until you reach the other side where the normal plait is.
  7. Once you can't french braid anymore start a normal plait and use a hair tie to hold it.
  8. With the normal plait tuck this into the french braid on the other side, secure with bobby pins and make sure it's well hidden.
  9. If there are any fly away's make sure to use a bobby pin to tuck them under the french braid.
  10. Hair stray in place and use wax to smooth the top of the hair.
  11. Use the pearl pins to decorate the hair, placing them in the middle of each french braid.
