How to insert Padding into the Hair

  • Start of by sectioning the hair from the front of the ear so you have room to create 2 to 3 rows of curls (Depends what hairstyle your creating)

  • Once sectioned the hair you need to figure out where you want have your mini bouffant.
  • When you've decided where you want the mini bouffant, section some hair to go over the padding once secured in.
  • Place your padding where you've sectioned the hair off and see if it looks ok. Once you've done this you will need to clip off the section going over the padding to the side, get a small section of hair and create a french braid (like the image below) make sure it's all secure because this is going to act as an anchor for the padding.
  • Place your padding on the anchor braid and pin to secure it on.
  • With the section clipped away place this over your padding to see if there are any gaps and whether you can see the padding.
  • If you can see the padding get a small section of hair from under the padding and pull over the padding, pin the ends under the padding and pull the initial section of hair onto the padding.
  • Use a pin to conceal any gaps with hair.
